President Obama Signs Philippine Charitable Giving Assistance Act

For those volunteering to go to the disaster area: Please provide your RVPs with names, specialty areas and available dates. Since there are numerous coordination that goes with this: transportation, living arrangements, avail  mobile hospitals, we will need to partner with the government or NGOs that have the capability of sending volunteers. I am currently working with USAID CIDI.
